Note: Please wear exercise attire as we will be actively learning Pilates from Annie. The stresses on a woman’s body and mind is inevitable in the dental field. Annie will teach body and mind stretches that can be used in our every day lives. Dr. Chavez will share her expertise in dental ergonomics and touch on strategies to promote surgeon health. Mr. Turner will present basic kinesiology principles and fitness strategies to combat musculoskeletal injuries and promote career longevity.
